Got my Head Rest Today

I have a MACULAR HOLE In My Right Eye. Now this sounds scary.. and it kind is. If I don't get surgery, I could go blind in my right eye. I will have to keep my head facing down for 4 days and nights, with only 5 minutes per hour that I can get up to do personal things. I received my special headrest today.
