PLAINS WARRIOR - From TruForm Armature to Finished Clay
Back to 2011, when I created this piece, "Plains Warrior". I take you from the first day to the last day on the clay. Below you'll see it in Finished a multi acid and chemical patina, as well as a more traditional coloring... in finished bronze.
This is an amazing piece, and I do enjoy the videos and updates that you put on here. I work at Shidoni Foundry in Santa Fe, NM and we see a lot of pieces come through here and though of a personal opinion your pieces are remarkable compared to most. The amount of detail, the foundry friendliness of your pieces shows the understanding that you have of the casting process. I would like to put a link to your blog on ours if that is okay? Again, I like what you've done.
