CAPTURING CUSTER'S FLAG Adding Battle Damage to the Guidon Flag

On June 25, 1876, Custer had approached this village of thousands of Indians with about 700 men organized into 12 companies. Each company had a swallowtail flag, or guidon, carried by a corporal. These flags served as formation markers and rallying points. They were articles of pride, and during battles, men fought and died to ensure the enemy did not capture their guidons.

Got my Stuff Back from the Motel in Great Falls Montana

When I left the art show in Great Falls Montana.. I accidently left all my sculpting tools in the motel room.. Well the O'Hare Motor Inn, after I called them, said they'd put them all in the mail to me.. Well I received them today, finally.. I can function again now.. See you all Monday.

Drove up to Great Falls Montana with Paul Ammons, on the 17th of March to set up my booth at the, "Montana Heritage Western Artshow". What a great 5 days I spent up there and on the road. Did sell a couple of the ink drawings, but didn't sell any of my sculptures.. Sometimes people contact you after the show to buy.. so I'll wait and see,Got to meet the Governor and the First Lady of Montana, GREG & KRISTEN Gianforte. Such a wonderful Couple.
