watching you use the fabric stiffener made me wonder why you didnt use ole faithful in the wax but while watching i though about it and had an idea for a safer version. Cloth dipped in either fast resin or plaster of paris! which can set in 30 mins or so....

It's all worked out.. I'll be back to the old dip in wax .. probably the next time I do this sort of thing..
