I want to make a sketch first before I do a larger version of this horse piece. Now I may make more than one horse. For now though, here's how I make an armature for the sketch of the horse.
Hello David, great tutorial ! - I have done several 3-4 inch horses from Apoxie and MagicSculp, from building armature to finished polished hardened sculpture - perhaps I will have to return to sculpting, it helps tremendously with drawing and even painting on 2-dimensional surfaces. You should.. I'm actually going to make the horse a bit bigger.. so going to re-do the armature.. haven't been able to get to it today and it ain't looking good till tomorrow now.. lol Busy day.
